I have extensive experience working in customer experience improvement projects, and consumer journey analysis within leading market research multinational organisations, such as Ipsos and BARE International. As a specialist in assessment strategies of consumer experience, I have successfully established the creation of the Mystery Shopping division at Ipsos in Brazil, increasing 20% the company’s profitability. During my years at BARE, also working as Mystery Shopping Specialist, I was part of the team that achieved annual revenue growth from US$ 300,000 to over US$ 5 million.I also have significant experience leading various teams across several process areas, such as operations, quality control and project management office.
