Implement quarterly group educational sessions(on site or Webinar) identified on the office action plan. Evaluate educational strategies for staff. Deliver training to improve performance and/or instruct on changes to the product and process. Evaluate understanding of materials presented and follow up as necessary. Deliver comprehensive new hire training, working closely with supervisors and management team to ensure new hire training objectives are met. Conduct thorough and accurate File review audits reviews; analyze and interpret data and develop a comprehensive ongoing corrective plan of action .Collaborate with Management to ensure that the Utilization management process is in line with URAC standards: Conduct URAC training to staff and third party vendors.Act as a resource for all staff.
