Milieudefensie (Friends of the Earth - the Netherlands) is an environmental organization acting for a climate just world. Main tasks: (1) Financial management of subsidies provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - as part of the Green Livelihoods Alliance (GLA) en Fair Green & Global (FGG) program, supporting Milieudefensie's work in the Netherlands. (2) Responsible for the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) cycle of the GLA and FGG programs. The aim of PMEL is to map, track and understand the impact that is made as a result of Milieudefensie's interventions and activities. This includes working with tools such as a Theory of Change and Outcome Harvesting.

The client The Hague Humanity Hub is a network of organizations working towards the realization of the SDGs (amongst others in the field of humanitarian aid, peace & justice). As SDG Professionals in training, my team and I took on the role as junior consultants and we were asked to develop a strategy for private sector engagement.

Assignment by client Ctalents: a social enterprise that helps people with an auditory and/or visual handicap to find a fitting job. The assignment was to formulate recommendations on (1) how to improve the online training offer, and (2) how to better reach the target group.Future Proof also organized trainings such as storytelling, design thinking, theory of change, business model canvas, creative thinking, personal leadership, social impact, business models and project-management.

The Roosevelt's All Student Association (RASA) is the student association of the University College Roosevelt (UCR), Middelburg. Its aim is to keep a vibrant and healthy social atmosphere on campus by organizing events, mainly through its many committees. These events and committees cover a wide range of interests. As a Committee Affairs Officer (CAO), I was concerned with aiding the committees in reaching their best potential. I functioned as their main contact person, involved in amongst others process-management, conflict resolution and leading meetings. Together with the RASA Board, I organized the annual introduction week for 200 new students.
