As a project manager within the Group Function for IT at Ericsson I worked with a number of different assignments in various areas such as - contact management, license & pricing management, governance structures and indirect sales.

Worked with a number of tasks related to the operational effeciency of Enterprise Partner Program such as - implementation a reward structure, owner of our CRM solution, development of Partner Event, itnerface towards the IT organisation, driving the customer satisfaction survey.Part of the transistion team when Enterprise was sold to Aastra in February 2008.

Worked with operational development and change management including for example changes of invoice flow, improvements in the 2-tier partner program, forecasting improvements, the indirect sales process. Also responsible for executing of the global Customer Satisfaction Survey, this included analysis of result, suggestions for improvements and follow-up.

Project manager within the eBusiness team, worked with developing of Enterprise eBusiness solution that included eCommerce, eLearning and an information channel for the indirect sales. Also worked with our CRM strategy and the development and implementation or our CRM tool for the enterprise business.

Project Manager at Ericsson Enterprise, worked with product introduction of the Enterprise products such as MD110 to Ericsson global sales force. This included, among others, changed way of working due to changes in pricing and licensing handling

Worked with development of Ericssons project method, PROPS, and training in that area. In parallell worked as internal consultant in various parts of the Ericsson organisation.
