I spent a month at the University of Minnesota's Medical School doing cancer research. I was in the Molecular Oncology Lab doing research on Fanconi Anemia Cancer Cells. Throughout my time there, I learned a multitude of basic lab skills including micropipette usage, cell culturing, and clonogenic assays. I was assisted by the research director in staining clonogenic assays and I formulated a way to quantify and standardize cell count through Adobe Photoshop.

Trained in usage of micropippettes, microcentrifuge, incubator, and microscopes. Skilled in writing lab reports and designing experiments.
