For over 19 years, I've been instrumental in driving business growth for law firms through a variety of strategic initiatives, including:1.- Developing strategic and distinctive business models tailored to each law firm's unique needs and goals.2.- Crafting innovative marketing and communication plans to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.3.- Providing comprehensive training to law firm teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing and communication strategies.4.- Designing innovative areas of practice to capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities.5.- Creating go-to-market strategies that enhance law firms' web presence, leverage social media tools for maximum impact, produce engaging newsletters, and manage dynamic blogs.Through these efforts, I've consistently helped law firms expand their reach, attract new clients, and differentiate themselves in a competitive market.

As Chair of the Lawyers Abroad Committee of the American Bar Association, International Law section, I am in charge of the committee's business plan, monthly calls, coordinating program proposals for international conferences and promote academic or networking activities for the members. I am also in charge of the annual outreach program of the committee.

I am in charge of the communications between the committee and its members and I communicate on behalf of the members with the American Bar Association.

Based in Boston, she returned to Aguilar Castillo Love Guatemala in January 2017 as Business Developer, being in charge of representing the firm in international events; handling the Guatemalan brand exposure in legal directories and publications; coordinating client’s legal cases regionally and developing new businesses for the firm in the United States of America, Mexico and the rest of Latin America.

In 2013 she started her own entrepreneurial project at Kakes Ltda., organizing corporate events in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As co-founding partner, she was in charge of the marketing department, client service and developing new businesses for the corporation.

Based in Brazil, acted as Business Development Manager for South America for Walker Clark, North American Business Advisors and Counselors to the Legal Profession. She was in charge of monitoring client service and developing new businesses in the south cone of South America, as well as advising the firm´s clients on international marketing and business development.

Among her duties as regional manager, she was in charge of developing the firm´s international relations with some of the best international directories such as Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer and IFRL 1000 and positioning the firm and it´s lawyers, for the first time and within it´s first year of existence, in their rankings.Her work also included coordinating cross-border deals for the firm´s clients.During her last year at Aguilar Castillo Love, she opened the firm´s Mexican Desk with the main purpose of promoting the firm´s legal services in Central America, within the Mexican market.

Until 2002, based in the Dominican Republic, she was in charge of the International Department at DMK Lawyers, providing legal advice to international clients interested in investing in the Dominican Republic in a variety of sectors such as Tourism (hotels, resorts, theme parks, etc.), energy and banking among others.
