I realized early in life how fulfilling it is to help people and started volunteering when I was only 13 years old.Later, sometimes even without realizing it, I carried this dedication to every step of my career – from my brief period as a volleyball teacher to management positions at a multinational company.I decided it would be my purpose, whether working with Marketing, HR, etc. I want to assist people with their growth and help them be the best version of themselves, so we can make a better world together!!Therefore, co-founding 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙎𝘽𝘼 is my way of bringing together the 3 things I am passionate about: marketing, people & processes management, and teaching and developing people!
