I lead projects whose mission is to ensure the capacity and quality of the mobile service. Report to the Network Planning and Engineering Management.• Currently, I lead the execution of the project "Expansion Core IMS with virtualized hardware" in the OpenStack platform IAAS architecture "• I led the successful project "Modernization of Core CS Network", a project of great scope and high technical complexity, it was possible to replace old centrals with modern ATCAs. As a result, significant savings in OPEX, energy and data center space were achieved.• Responsible for the project "Optimization of call establishment time", with which we managed to improve the quality of customer experience.• I managed analytics projects, managing to automate the reports of capacity, performance, interconnection and quality of the network for the follow-up of the management.

Course: Planning of telecommunications networks

I had the challenge of leading its first Telecommunications project office based in Peru, building the work team and establishing communication with our client and suppliers to generate value. I reported to the Operations Management located in Colombia, as well as to the Finance Management in Spain. I was in charge of a project team and 5 IT providers.• Managed the E2E of IT services for the deployment of 3G / 4G base stations.• Periodically report to the operations manager the progress of the projects, as well as escalate relevant issues.• Report monthly to the Finance Manager in Spain the financial status of projects, works ready to be invoiced, status of purchase orders, status of billing to suppliers, among others.• Follow up and coordinate with the project team the development of activities, solve difficulties.• Ensure that the project team and crews are properly trained.• Meet weekly with the client in order to report the progress of the work and report possible risks.

Managed the deployment of 3G / 4G base station infrastructure for various operators.• Organize the work of the crews to be executed daily.• Track and report the daily progress of the crews.• Perform quality control of the documentary deliverables.• Provide a technical proposal for the installation of new technologies (adjustments, cable routing, among others)• Ensure the safety of the crews, ensuring that they have their personal protective equipment, receive their training and conduct their safety briefing at the beginning of each day.

*Assurance management support - Responsible for the whole RAN 2G/3G/OSS Operation and Maintenance of different Network mobile carriers. - Deep analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues in the access network, detection of the root cause and provide the solution.-Report the current status (Healthcheck) of the network performance and equipment, detection and prevention of risks which might affect in the future, provide alternative solutions and recommendations for better network performance.-Preparation of Contingency Plan, which allows us to take immediate and effective reactions and strategies in front of failures and critical issues. - Support on site to customer network, on maintenance and technical issues.- Effective communication with customer, spirit of teamwork, good performance under pressure and manageability to difficult situations. *Deployment - Responsible of commisioning and test new sites and controllers.

I've contributed on the development of two IOTs Projects:- "Remote Monitoring System for the measurement of aquatic parameters of Amazonian fish using Sensor Networks (Zigbee)", I was part of the winning team on TELCON international congress and then we received recognition of the Congress of the Republic of Peru and CONCYTEC.- "Rural Mobile Health Project": this project consist on an Android app designed for doctors, which allows them to have the patient's clinical record stored in the cloud and available at any time and place.
