Director Of Finance And Operations
-Provide leadership and guidance in all financial matters , development of strategic plans including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and reporting to the various constituencies,.- Oversee the finance department daily and monthly activities ensuring compliance with GAAP, federal and state regulatory requirements, and foundation grants.- Oversee annual audits and tax return preparation processes.- Support the Development director and grant managers with the preparation of specific budgets, maintaining expense allocations, ensuring that funds were monitored and appropriately assigned.-Maintain fiscal compliance with all governement and private funding sources.- Oversee Operations and IT projects and system support ensuring that systems viulnerabilities were timely addressed.- Oversee risk management and insurance policies.
