Genesys Works provides pathways to career success for emerging young professionals from historically excluded communities starting their senior year in high school through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships.In this role, I supported the National People Operations team in rolling out a new Performance Management system.

• Ensure a high-quality learning experience for all new hires through project management for Baseline In-Person Training across the country with an average attendance of 35+ new hires per training in 8 different.
• Serve as a primary point person to sites and national teams for all new hire training and learning
• Manage logistics for Welcome Calls with the CEO twice a month with an average audience of 10+ new hires per call
• Support high-quality e-learning experience for Year Up staff
• Use reporting and data analysis via Cultureamp, Eventbrite, Degreed, Mailchimp, & Typeform to drive improvement of training products & onboarding strategy
• Support work to develop and maintain standard onboarding materials including checklists, resources, etc.
