Architect graduated from FAUUSP, graduated in animation from CFT Gobelins in Paris, worked on feature film and advertising projects in animation studios in France (Ellipse and Disney), England (Amblimation) and Brazil (Trattoria di Frame and Vetor Zero). Since 1998, she has developed illustration work for books, institutional materials, and character creation for various design studios and publishers. In 2006, she completed her Masters in Design and Management of Audiovisual Production from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. During 2009, she worked at RR Animation Films, as a producer and production coordinator of 2D animation films, for commercials for Gatorade and Frootloops / USA. In 2013, together with Tom B., she opened PULO DO GATO ANIMAÇÃO, a production company that develops original children's content for the web, TV and apps. Since then, more than 100 clips have been produced, completing more than 300 minutes of animation, with Palavra Cantada clips surpassing, in December 2023, more than one billion views on YouTube! The 1st e-book “Quanto Bumbum!” received 3rd place at Jabuti 2017 in the digital books category, and the series project ‘História das Invenções” was approved in PRODAV 5/2015. Since 2017, in parallel with Pulo do Gato Animação, Cecilia has been working for SPLIT STUDIO as Line Producer (“Que Corpo é esse?” from Canal Futura; “My Life is Worth Living” and “Is anyone out there?” from Wondermedia / USA, Herald's "Judson").
