- Nurture strong client relationships serving as secondary advisor to primary advisors.- Co-lead meetings with primary advisor.- Complete meeting preparation, notes, and follow-up for client meetings.- Collaborate with team members so they are adequately informed on all active and pending client matters. - Managing the financial planning workflow to support the primary advisors’ commitments to clients and post client meeting delivery deadlines.- Responsible for making processes more efficient for the firm and easier for the next person.- Lead and mentor to our financial planning intern to make it an enjoyable experience for our clients, intern, and firm.- Liaise with client’s attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, as needed. - Gaining in-depth knowledge and expertise in various FinTech and organizational platforms (Wealthbox, Salesforce, Orion, Black Diamond, MoneyGuide Pro, Holistiplan, ScheduleOnce, Citrix Sharefile, Ring Central, Zoom, Get Response, etc.)- Work with custodial platforms like TD Ameritrade and Shareholders Service Group/Pershing to ensure proper processing of forms and paperwork.

Completed all necessary follow-up.- Completed special projects as needed by firm.- Led marketing efforts and encouraged team members to produce specific content across social media, internal newsletters, website blog posts, podcasts, etc.

- Gained an in-depth understanding of PIEtech software (e.g. MoneyGuidePro, MyMoneyGuide, etc.)- Designed financial forecasting and budgeting tools.- Collaborated with back end developers to implement tools into a single page web application.
