Responsible for re-defining the Loft brand. Developed brand identity, image direction and tone of voice across all consumer touch points. Which includes, advertising, online, in-store, video, direct mail, windows, and packaging. Built an integrated in-house creative agency to execute against the new direction. Team included creative, editorial, styling, digital, e-commerce and new store design.Created and launched a new brand for Ann Inc., Lou & Grey – targeted towards millennials. Developed brand identity, brand voice, and brand positioning that has come to life through photography campaigns, stand alone stores, e-commerce site and the collaborators. Concepted the brick and mortar stores to have a more integrated customer experience. Launched Lou&Grey.com to redefine what an e-commerce site could look like.
