I'm a passionate customer success professional. I thrive when I'm helping others work through challenges, helping them find the answers, and seeing the successes surface as the result of critical thinking, collaboration, and new ideas working together.When I'm not working with a team and supporting our efforts to help clients achieve their business objectives, I can be found learning a new coding skill. Currently, I am working through the Google Data Analytics Certificate, hosted by Coursera, and polishing up my knowledge with projects in SQL at Codecademy.com. Learning new languages is a passion, so learning R or Python is next on the query and analytics language roadmap.I exercise my creativity through writing to balance out all of my technical curiosities. I studied film and media in college and carry that passion for creating content and narrative throughout my writing. Most recently, I've been working on creating small and helpful reminders for my network and community on Medium.com and LinkedIn newsletter--where I underscore the small ways we can get closer to reaching our goals.
