• Source and Recruit (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Device Sales Consultants, MAs, CNAs, LVNs, QA Engineers, Etc.)• Work closely with healthcare recruiters and sourcers using strategic, creative sourcing strategies in order to produce candidate flow to meet staffing goals • Utilize various recruitment and networking sources • Collect relevant data, qualify, and call candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
