This is what I have been doing:Skydance Madrid | Sept 2021 - PresentPRODUCTION COORDINATOR | June 2022 – PresentProject SPELLBOUND - Lighting DepartmentCoordinated the tasks of over 60 lighting artists/tech located in Spain and in Connecticut: tracking inputs and scheduling the outputs according to the project main schedule and budget; supporting artists and supervisor; planning according to the Prod Supervisor instructions and the project’s goals; reporting the weekly quota and adjusting BIDs due to daily challenges.Developed a new way to report our requests to other departments using Power Query that helped us saving 82 hours per month. Due to the positive impact, it was applied to other three departments already.
