I have 20 years of experience designing and implementing strategies to bring about change in organizations policies and practices for women’s inclusion mainly in Latin America. In the last 7 years,I has been particularly concentrated on contributing to increasing women's access to capital and the market by focussing on working with financial institutions to improve access and quality of their products and services for women as well as leading companies through a diagnostic and action implementation processes to increase their level of inclusion. I also have previous experience facilitating strategic planning, impact evaluation, and policy development, particularly skilled at designing training, tools and resources to implement gender inclusion strategies, action research as well as driving cultural change processes for increasing women's inclusion in businesses, governments, and not-for-profit organizations. I have a background in Political Sciences and hold an MSc in Urban Policy and Planning from UCL.
