In the past 20+ years, Ms. Loftus has focused on ESOPs, working with clients on all aspects of repurchase obligation studies, sustainability planning, and ESOP structuring for initial and second stage equity sales. She has almost 20 years' experience in the retirement plan industry.Ms. Loftus is the Head of ESOP Banking Services at Citizens Bank. In that capacity, she provides commercial lending and senior debt facilities for privately-held middle-market companies. Prior to joining Citizens, Ms. Loftus was the Eastern Regional Director for the ESOP Advisory Practice for Wells Fargo. Ms. Loftus has worked with Syndicated Credit Facilities, Treasury Management, Mezzanine Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Transactions Utilizing ESOPs, and wealth management/tax deferral strategies with ESOPs.Ms. Loftus was previously a board member for the National Center of Employee Ownership, a member of the ESOP Association's Finance Advisory Committee and former officer for the Pennsylvania/Delaware Chapter. She is a Trustee of the Employee Ownership Foundation. She has spoken on ESOP repurchase obligations, ownership transition and ESOP sustainability at numerous industry conferences. Ms. Loftus received her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
