• Undertook advanced statistical analysis to enable simulation modeling, which included using bootstrapping to approximate non-parametric distributions and drawing statistical inferences from them• Developed Monte-Carlo simulations to mimic real race scenarios and their impacts on overall ranking for each rider• Developed an interactive RShiny web application based on the above model and simulation analysis• Organised a workshop about the designed RShiny web prototype for cycling fans to collect user feedbacks

Independently completed 1 research project with the topic of the senior generation in City of Santa Monica, including- 1 research paper reporting current demographic and socioeconomic information of the baby boomer generation in City of Santa Monica. Major tasks include data collecting, analyzing and visualization using Excel and Tableau.- 1 white paper reporting current programing in City of Santa Monica and recommendations for future strategy development.- Pitching the major discoveries from my research project to the local senior commission with very good feedbacks.
