Business Reporting: Develop and produce business reports and visualizations that align with organizational strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Management Reports: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including materials for OPSCOM, Trading Updates, and Board papers.Business Intelligence (BI): Design and develop BI dashboards for monitoring KPIs, supporting performance analysis, and strategic insights.Data Algorithms and Experiments: Build algorithms and conduct data experiments to integrate, manage, analyze, and extract insights for tailored management and branch reports.Appraisal Data Preparation: Prepare data for branch and staff appraisals, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of segments, branches, and products on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, providing management with insights to inform decision-making.Sales Commissions: Model and prepare payment data for DSR commissions across the branch network.Reward and Recognition: Compile and analyze performance data to identify top-performing branches and individuals for reward programs.Sales Productivity Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report sales data to boost productivity across the branch network.Training: Conduct regular internal training sessions to guide team members on interpreting existing reports and navigating BI tools.Data Support: Support departments and branches with data requests and provide analytical insights to enhance operational and strategic decision-making.Business Growth Collaboration: Collaborate with business development teams to identify issues and use data-driven solutions to support informed decision-making.Annual Business Planning: Prepare and cascade the business plan across departments and branches to align with organizational goals.

General Accounting Functions: Perform essential accounting duties, including preparing journal entries, conducting account analyses, and reconciling balance sheets.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial accounts and reports in alignment with standard accounting principles and practices.Accounts Receivable & Payable: Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and maintain monthly accounts receivable and payable records.Tax Filing: Handle company tax filing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare quarterly financial statements to provide a clear overview of company performance.Cash Flow Monitoring: Oversee cash receipts, disbursements, inter-program transfers, and manage unallocated or unidentified funds.Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for the accounting department to ensure easy access and proper record-keeping.Bank Reconciliation: Track, record, and bank cash and cheque deposits while reconciling bank transaction records for accuracy.Client Statements and Debt Updates: Send monthly statements to clients, provide debt updates, and work toward meeting monthly debt collection targets.
