On the first placement of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, I worked in the Corporate Governance Team of Gloucestershire Hospitals. My responsibilities included:- Developing statutory governance documents, including Terms of Reference, and a Board Assurance Framework- Administering the hospitals' Board of Directors- Undertaking Quality.

During my internship, my large project involved planning and organising a grant writing workshop for post-doctoral researchers in collaboration with the Institute of Cancer Research.
