Key Account Manager
Current- Operational, tactical and strategic responsibilities.- Part of a self-managed team which each year achieves to increase the reusability of products with an average of 5 %. Budget responsibility year 2020 was 721 MSEK.- Managing a portfolio of approx. 100 clients, in Sweden and Europe. - Ranked the best performing KAM within the business for year 2016 and 2017. - First KAM to bring in revenue from exporting products to Norway in cooperation with the Norwegian pooling system.- Successfully brought on board new clients such as Coca-Cola, Arla Foods, Skånemeierier and Valio, as well as increasing sales with existing clients such as ICA’s private label cheese from Holland, using an additional 1 Million crates per year. These goals were achieved by identifying customer needs to achieve revenue/margin and sales objectives.- Led and coordinated product testing of the new half-size pallet with clients before product launch.- Member of several different cross-functional teams that work with continuous improvements within the organization, for example implemented a new salary process for self managed teams.- Clients includes Coca-Cola European Partners Sverige AB, Spendrups Bryggeri AB, Arla Foods AB, Skånemejerier AB, Valio Sverige AB, HKScan, Hilton Foods and many more.
