Responsible for Carlsberg's Lean / TPM implementation throughout the Supply chain. Contains Production and Customer Supply chain at our two production sites Falkenberg and Helsingborg. Uses tools such as 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, SMED, Process Confirmation, Gemba Kaizen and Performance Management System. Reporting in a matrix organization where I am a part of Europe's Lean / TPM managers network. I report to Lean / TPM responsible in Europe and I am a part of Production Sweden's management team where I report to Production Director of Sweden.

Falkenberg And Helsingborg

Responsible for a total of 11 production units at Carlsberg's two production facilities in Sweden, Falkenberg and Helsingborg. Five Direct Reporting Production Leaders and responsible for a total of about 150 production operators. My area included work environment responsibility, quality assurance, personnel responsibility and productivity responsibility. I use lean tools and thinking about continuous improvement to continually improve all of the above responsibilities.Result: Implemented a reorganization to adapt to European standard and reduced our production costs. At the same time, focus was to develop hygiene and quality standards using Lean tools and methods.

Responsibility for the operation of the plant. Among other things, lead, direct and plan operations against targets. Comprehensive human resources and financial responsibility for the facility. Develop the plant through contact with government, industry and sponsorship involvement.Result: Efficiency increases with average 60% in 3 years while reducing costs and maintaining staff involvement. Productivity went from average to one of the most efficient in Europe.

I am responsible for three production lines in the filling department in Falkenberg. I have personnel responsibility for the staff of my three production lines, 45-55 persons, depending on the season. To have a responsible for production lines including results responsibility in terms of efficiency, quality and hygiene responsibilities and the introduction of Carlsberg Lean on production lines.Result: Dramatic increase in employee survey. Start of implementation of Lean tools as the first line within the Group and increase efficiency on the lines while reducing costs and reducing the number of FTE: s at the lines.

Had both budgetary, marketing and personnel responsibility .Hired staff and developed the business to reach both the target group of students and businesses in the region.Result: I did set up at foundation for the business by starting up income-generating activities. I managed to tie companies to us who secured an income, created a platform by setting basic structures as business plan for routines for safe operation of restaurant. I hired staff and developed our concept.

I completed an ongoing project of constructing the Student Unions new. In this mission I had contact with companies in the region. I completed the construction together with our suppliers and developed the activities we had in the building. This was a position as an elected representative for a year. After one year, I was asked to keep working and prepare the business to become a company and then take the position as CEO of the company.
