Questa vicenda ha acceso in me la passione a supportare persone e organizzazioni nel cambiamento continuo.Nel mio percorso professionale sono stata manager, lavorando dal 1992 al 2004 nel Marketing di Kodak, Sector No Limits e Black&Decker. Ho fatto poi l’imprenditrice, co-fondando nel 2009 FattoreMamma, unica agenzia italiana di Digital PR specializzata sul target mamme, e nel 2011 il progetto Moms@Work, poi ceduto al gruppo Gi Group. Dal 2014 mi occupo di supporto allo sviluppo di team e persone, dapprima collaborando con Talent Garden (rete internazionale di spazi di co-working per talenti digitali) e Ars et Inventio del gruppo Business Integration Partner ed in seguito seguendo direttamente miei clienti. Sono Promoting Partner di Connectance, network lab creato per disegnare modelli di apprendimento e di sviluppo delle performance individuali e delle organizzazioni, focalizzati sull’innovazione e sul cambiamento. Fanno parte del network learning designer che lavorano in sinergia per sviluppare percorsi basati sull’approccio emotivo-esperienziale.
