I've worked in various industries such as energy, government, health care, finance. I’ve earned the ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. I am a long-term proponent of the coaching profession, contributing to its evolution as a volunteer in various leadership positions within the International Coaching Federation local and global communities. I currently serve as Vice Chair of Operations on the ICF Independent Review Board (Ethical Conduct Review Board) for maintaining ethics within the global coaching industry.Leaders play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and performance. At EGL I work with ALII-Map™ (Actionable Leadership Intelligence Instrument) assessments which are data driven, research-based, statistically valid instruments that helps mid to senior level leaders gain powerful clarity about the strength of their influence, and helps organizations enhance the ongoing effectiveness of leaders as they advance. At enterprise level the ALII-Map is used to map the leadership landscape in order to navigate rapid change. We have combined our decades of leadership assessment experience with an Artificial Intelligence platform to greatly expand leadership awareness and dexterity.
