Recruited, as part of a two person team, around 1,500 volunteers to assist in the different voting centers around the city during election day. Coordinated and supported volunteers on the days prior to and on the day of the elections and wrote final reports and manuals for the Volunteer Department

Oversaw the scheduling and completion of jobs by all 53 residents of the house. Ensure house was managed effectively and assumed responsibility, with other staff members, of the students, house, and a $100,000 budget. EBF is a cooperative house at Stanford University that fosters a unique community where students cook, clean, learn, engage and develop as they manage a residence independently.

Vetted prospective NGO partners; analyzed NGO performance in finances, mission alignment, projects, impact, team composition, etc. and additionally researched Charitable Equivalencies in Latin America, thus helping lay the groundwork for future international partnerships.

Main focus was grant writing, researching possible fundraising opportunities, and marketing for major fundraising event. Worked closely with Communications department as well.
