CDC is the largest private equity investor in Africa. I assessed private equity investments in Africa and South Asia, as part of the Direct Equity team, with a focus on Food & Agriculture and Consumer companies.

Based primarily in Bangalore, India, I helped an edtech company devise a new direct-to-consumer, retail strategy and roll-out plan, including targeted messaging for each segment/persona. In addition, I sourced and cultivated partnership leads in India and globally.

Worked as a strategy consultant with companies, governments, and foundations across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the US. Focused on development finance, private sector development, and education & employment projects, with fieldwork in India, Kenya, Uganda, and Liberia.

Led end-to-end assessment of ING corporate lending's processes post-approval using Lean 6-Sigma, with an aim to increase efficiency and value add. Identified bottlenecks, devised solutions, and mediated inter-departmental discussions to reach consensus and obtain buy-in from multiple teams.
