My role is a broad role, my daily tasks varies day by day. But the ultimate goal is that I help the company achieve efficiency and making sure we as a team achieving the company goal together. My role is a hybrid of CFO and COO functions. Tasks are for example team alignment, budgeting, process development, strategy setting, financial reporting to internal/board/investors, operations OKR and KPI setting & tracking, compliance and more. I am also managing functions of marketing and strategic partnerships as they are important parts of go-to-market in new business areas and new countries.Vionlabs utilises computer vision and machine learning/AI to generate, never before seen sentiment-data, with simple integration, to help OTT services to offer a unique experience to their audiences. Clients are such as Tele 2, Deutsche Telekom, Plex and more. We are currently a team of around 20 people with headquarters in Stockholm, with teams in UK, Ukraine and the U.S..
