First months of a new career chapter as the HR Director of the Norwegian Armed Forces. Previously I’ve had the role as Chief People Officer for 16 years in the private sector, at Telenor and before that at DNV. My areas of responsibility have included people strategy, rewards, HRIT systems, recruitment and employer branding, diversity and inclusion, learning & development, employer role, organisational development. Over the last years I've also been involved in creating a cross functional climate agenda for Telenor. Pushing the digitalization and AI agenda within HR and creating better digital employee experiences has been another focus area. I take pride in carrying the "people flag" in transformations.Previously I have had several roles within Market Analysis in Hydro Aluminium and within Strategy and Business Development in the fertilizer industry in Yara. I've lived abroad for 11 years: in France, the UK and in Italy, and my work experiences have had an international scope.
