• Basically, managing the stages of product life cycle from development, introduction, growth, maturity and decline.

• Working closely with Sales, Project Manager, Planner, Design Engineers, Production Engineer, Quality Engineers, Sourcing & Procurement, Document Control and Shipping in managing the “change activities’ from initiation.
• Planning and managing “break-in dates” of all types of change to ensure there’s no line down or excess inventories, particularly when the disposition is scrap.

• Overall management from front-end to back-end of Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA); preparation, coordination, negotiation, shipping and escalation of things when necessary.
• Develops projects and relationship with clients and suppliers (OEM).
• Responsible for on-budget, on-time, on-scope delivery of projects.
• Ensuring that projects are implemented and follow ISO procedures; maintain compliance in all aspects.
• Responding inquiries from internal or external sources.
• Monitoring performance for supply and service; provides proper reporting to management.

• Follow-up on delivery shortages such as raw materials, assembly parts, turnkeys, rejects and reworks.

Philippines

• Managed the department supply of materials and packaging, as well as supervise and control warehouse operations; ensuring material quality.
• Planning and scheduling of materials to issue in production & subcon as per plan. Basically, ensuring a timely and adequate supply of materials needed for production.
• Prioritize and expedite incoming material as necessary to fulfill manufacturing requirement and eliminate delays to achieve total production plan and shipment plan.
• Analyse supply situation and provide input, based on materials availability to the Production Planner.
• Maintain model BOM’s in SAP and check for any variance and changes.
• Evaluate and work-out continuous improvement for current processes and it’s cost efficiency using 5’s and fishbone diagram.

Philippines

• Plan the Master Batching Production schedule for the press production for both in-house and subcontractor.
• Issue Purchase Orders and prepares the parts for subcontractors based on assembly and shipment requirements.
• Coordinates to production supervisors and subcontractors for urgent parts.
• Maintain 100% delivery to customer and eliminate delays on shipments.
• Maintain adequate level of inventory and prepares monthly inventory report.
