About Cecil Phillips

I’m from the Hospitality State, Mississippi, where I was born and raised. I served in the US Navy for 10 and a half years, stationed in San Diego, CA and Pascagoula, MS. I was an Interior Communications Electrician in the Navy where I received all my education and training in communication and electronics. During that time I did three deployments over to the Middle East to support Marine operations. I currently work for Entergy. I am constantly learning the civilian side of communications and developing my skills in long-haul transport equipment and operations.
