- Supporting behaviour change to encourage climate action.- Creating opportunities for more young people to have a clear route to engagement in climate action and a voice in their own sustainable future.• Led research (15,000+ participants aged 11 to 18), with academic and research agency input, into youth behaviours around climate action (2021 – 2023).• Delivered Youth Climate Action Research Reports, 2023 and 2021, supporting youth agency and shaping climate strategy and action within councils and NGOs.• Developed a Climate Action Toolkit to empower inclusive youth-led climate action. Building on behaviour change approaches and partnerships• Worked with European Partners on the ‘I-CAN – International Climate Action Network’ Erasmus+ project (2020 - 2023). • Enabled youth voices to be heard through Model Climate Conferences, including 24 events held in-person and digitally across England during COP26.

- Project Lead for the Your Green Future programme. Developed a series of award-winning annual events held throughout the Midlands and South West, which bring businesses and schools together to explore industry challenges. The programme has engaged thousands of young people with the economic potential of sustainability and enthused a new cohort to lead the transition to a low-carbon economy. www.yourgreenfuture.org.uk- Worked on a series of European Commission funded projects including E-seaP, an award scheme incentivising prisons to establish a culture of energy sustainability.- Chaired Bristol Green Capital Partnership’s Education Group, a network of organisations working to create a sustainable city, during Bristol's year as European Green Capital.
