• Reconciling accounts receivable and cash accounts monthly• Administering daily accounts receivable processes, including check order entry• Invoicing• Resolving payment discrepancies• Maintaining relationship with customers to increase communication and ensure consistent cash flow• Completing special projects assigned by accounting manager in a timely and accurate manner• Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains• Provides continuous coaching, mentoring and training to accounts receivable team• Lead bi-weekly team meeting• Assessing workloads to determine and equal distribution of work and identify when additional or less staff is required

• Administrative duties: correspondence, reports, invoice payments, employee verification• Coordinate customer job requisitions to the appropriate staff member• Effectively meet deadlines within a healthy profit margin• Resolve issues that arise during installation projects• Book travel arrangements for all employees and subcontractors• Review and ensure accuracy of all subcontractor agreements• Establish clear transparency and communication with subcontractors
