I am an NYS Licensed Social Worker with a passion and specialty for weaving research into practice, with a particular focus on developing transformative practices and processes through a continuous improvement lens to support programs that serve marginalized youth and families. All of my work stems from a deep desire and commitment to seeing that youth-serving programs are equitable, inclusive and honor the full humanity of staff, young people and their families. I am a seasoned facilitator, coach, consultant and strategic advisor. Primary areas of expertise include supporting social-emotional competency development in staff, creating racially equitable trauma-informed systems of care, and utilizing a continuous improvement framework to support institutional change.
