Currently we own and manage properties in the Kentuckiana Area. Our mission is to provide nice housing and storage to people in our community with specialization in the area of small town feel management "...everyone knows your name". Our goal as a company is to keep expanding into new and unchartered territories while managing the properties internally.

Kentucky Community and Technical College (KCTC) is a comprehensive community and technical college, serving the region since 1964, providing education and training that prepares students to succeed in a constantly changing world. As an instructor, I try to bring the real world and theory together...the mix provides the tools for every student to take something away from the class that they can use in their life.

The Kentucky Humane Society (KHS) advocates the humane treatment of companion animals through leadership and proactive solutions to pet overpopulation, including adoptions, education and spay/neuter efforts. In 2009, KHS celebrates 125 years of serving needy pets! Special Events Manager, managed three major fundraising events and six cause-related marketing events. Supervised, scheduled and coordinated with contractors & vendors to produce events and ensure the event’s success. Established and monitored revenue ($300K) and expense goals for maximum ROI. Fostering relationships with local and national businesses for event sponsorships.

The Fund for the Arts is the oldest united arts fund in the country and has raised over $157 million since its establishment in 1949. The 2009 campaign raised over $8.8 million, a long way from its first campaign in 1949, of $99,000. The Fund provides financing, facilities and administrative support for twenty-seven area arts groups and programs. In addition, over 200 community access grants are awarded annually to community groups and schools in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Other Fund sponsored activities include the annual Whittenberg Young Artist Scholarship. Fundraising and Marketing Manager; Implemented strategic fundraising and marketing plans, supporting generated revenue of over $13million for the Arts in this regionOverall supervision of 60 Employee Campaigns per year. Overall supervision 30 Corporate Campaigns per year. Managed day-to-day operations of marketing including editing, graphic design, website design and maintenance on Macintosh and Windows. Started and managed programs with regional schools including all internships from local colleges

Winter Sports, Inc. owns and operates Whitefish Mountain Resort near Glacier National Park, Montana and is one of the 10th largest ski resorts in U.S. Winter Sports was incorporated in 1947.
