Responsible for managing and further improving a robust incidents management and escalation process for the Regulatory Reporting Team. These processes are to be in line with the Compliance Conduct and Ethics (“CCE”) Team’s established compliance incident management protocols as well as governing regulatory agencies, Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and National Futures Association (“NFA”) as needed. Managing the IT enhancements for the RRT, involving close interface and coordination with IT stakeholders, RRT focals, business lines focals, supporting functions Business Application Owners (“BAO”) and project managers to track and manage the changes. The responsibility of the Incidents & Managing and further improving the RRT SME learning and development programme to enable a clear development pathway across technical regulatory knowledge, regulatory reporting skillsets, and personal development.
