9 years of experience in the hospitality industry has taught me communication skills, strong work ethic, social skills, and more. As a Wine Club Manager I coordinate quarterly shipments of wine and maintain regular guest relations in the Tasting Room of Bernardo Winery. It is in the Tasting Room where I also get the chance to spread knowledge about wine, learn trends of wine consumers, and continuously take in new information.I currently hold a WSET Level 2 Certificate and aspire to continue on to Level 3. I am continuing my professional career in the wine industry through enrollment in the Winemaking Certificate program offered by UC Davis. I hope to take on an active role in a wine cellar and to be part of a wine production team in the near future.I am so inspired by the passion that goes into winemaking. I recognize wine as an art and an important piece of culture. I feel so fortunate to be working in this industry and am grateful every day to get to do a job that I love.
