I had an email list and sent out music to boost morale during a time of worry and uncertainty. Building culture and supporting all team members is important to me. ✔CONNECTING COMPASSIONATELY: Before leaving a role as a sales rep, I wanted to leave my company with one more big win. I brought together all relationships needed for the company to do a multimillion-dollar deal. Each stakeholder was primed to have a positive experience and the contract closed 12 months later.✔BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: As Account Executive, I closed a contract with an airline simply because I stopped in passing to say hello and introduce myself. I brought the relationship back to the brand manager, and the deal closed within 24 hours.𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗜 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘?A growth mindset. I believe we can all change, learn, and grow.
