Director of Valley to Peak OT Consulting, servicing Albertans since 2018, Catharine is a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist. Catharine specializes in both the physical and cognitive aspects of accessibility, aging in place, wheelchair and adaptive equipment, mental health, concussion and brain injury assessment and treatment. Now offering post-COVID assessment and treatment.Catharine obtained her Honors BA Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, her MA Physical Education & Recreation from the University of Alberta, and finally her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She continues to be a life-long learner, frequently taking courses in mental health, concussion, brain-injury, and adaptive equipment. Since moving from BC in 2016, Catharine has worked daily in the urban and rural homes of her fellow Albertans. Covering an ~300km radius of Calgary, and now with local OTs in Edmonton, Catharine has developed an expansive network of trusted vendors, contractors, and healthcare providers. She is proud to support local charities, and to be able to give back through Valley to Peak's selected annual charity. Catharine prides herself in assisting clients and their families to navigate the healthcare and insurance systems, coordinate equipment and services, and provide peace of mind.
