Using large datasets from CMS and the Census, I conducted market research for the growing Medicare and Medicaid econsult markets and presented business strategy recommendations to senior leadership. In this newly-created role, I assisted the Lutheran Family Health Center network in exceeding Patient Centered Medical Home standards by: conducting pre-visit planning, identifying barriers to care for patients with diabetes, helping low-income patients obtain medications or diabetes supplies, regularly following up on patients with uncontrolled diabetes.
