Responsible for the recruitment and HR transformation of this young IT Consultancy firm. End-to-end recruitment of all IT profiles (Banking and Insurance, automotive,…) and also corporate profiles (Key Account Manager, Operations Manager).  In charge of reviewing all HR processes : referral policy, employee transfers, career review & planning,.. and upgrading essential HR tools : audit and set up of a new database (Loxo), Setting up a bonus commission plan for Sales. Member of the Management team.
