Wuxi

During this period in Suntech, I mainly worked as the leader of the internal control department. I led a small team with 4 team members. Below are the main tasks of my department: Develop and optimize internal control processes for Wuxi Suntech.Develop and update Approval Matrix for all subsidies under SF-PV Group.Responsible for bidding process of the companyPerform some operation audit procedures if needed. Lead some anti-fraud investigation if needed.

I worked as a senior internal auditor in the Suntech Corporate Internal Audit team. Mainly responsible for SOX-compliance audit and would occasionally involve in some operational audit and fraud investigation.During this period in Suntech, I had chance to perform some oversea operational audits with my team together and I think they were very precious experience. In 2011 we performed internal audit for the Suntech US company located in San Francisco and in 2012 we performed another audit for the entity of Suntech Europe located in Schaffhausen, Switerland.
