As a consultant, trainer, coach, and curriculum developer, Cedric works with faith-based non-profits, denominations, churches and non-parish ministries in the areas of DEI, church planting and revitalization, community engagement and spiritual care, particularly in the area of trauma.

Cedric is the founder and director of the Kinetic Center, a faith-based non-profit that seeks to be a catalyst for transformation in downtown Brooklyn through the creative arts, equity and justice initiatives, wellness programming, community engagement, and spiritual growth.www.kineticny.org

Cedric was responsible for diversifying content, developing curriculum and teaching classes for City to City’s faith-based leadership training ecosystem. This included classes in church planting, missional engagement, preaching, and spiritual care. He assisted in providing oversight of the Incubator Collective Program, City to City's "flagship" church planter training initiative. This included facilitating in-person and online courses, training program trainers, and serving as a resource for domestic partners and global affiliates.
