• Performs external financial audit and review from planning to completion of U.S. SEC filings (10-Q, 8-K and S-1) and comfort letter engagements for Marcum LLP New York clients, with specialization on Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), publicly-traded companies that raise investment funds through initial public offering for the purpose of completing mergers and acquisitions• Identify and directly communicate/discuss to seniors/managers/partners-in charge matters of the audit engagement that requires their immediate attention
