Responsible for all line control processes and new electrical installation across the US and Central America. Line control consists of process automation, process flow, process equipment such as PLCs, VFDs, Robotics, conveying and software around line process equipment. Line control also includes continuous improvement, speed ups and start up support. Oversee modernization and upgrades of electrical controls equipment as they enter into obsolescence phase. I'm responsible for all electrical installation of high voltage equipment which consists of all major components in the power distribution grid up to utility source.

Responsible for maintaining all manufacturing plant equipment and facilities in good working order. Improve equipment reliability by increasing the mean time failure and decreasing mean time to repair of all electrical and instrumentation equipment. Prepare and manage capital projects for new installation, upgrades and improved safety. Provide day to day work tasks for I/E technicians and support to all processing areas.

Research technologies, support development of new components and systems for elevator applications, using technology areas such as control systems, sensors, optical, acoustic and electromechanical. Create concepts, designs, calculations and specifications, as well as documents and drawings to evaluate the feasibility, risks and cost of designs or applications. Conduct document and present target oriented research on designs and materials in a team environment. Conduct system and component tests including FMEAs. Support Rapid prototyping and tests in the shop area. Perform electrical studies for manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. to ensure equipment sustainability,reliability, personal safety that complies with NEC and OSHA requirements.

Worked as Electrical Engineer for ADM's Cottonseed facility. Maintain plant automation systems like PLC, Multiple DCS platforms, Plant I.T. support and plant electrical distruibution. Major projects focused on improving safety, quality, and reliability of the process. Managed Capital Projects involving electrical, I.T., and process improvements. Perform electrical studies for multiple facilities in the region involving arc flash, coordination, and short circuit analysis. Plan electrician day to week duites as they pretained to process needs. Involved in plant startup function which included merging companies and expanding electrical capacity and operator interface.
