Responsibilities during the internship: - Analyzing the resource usage of the Fundación.- Studying of the Fundación's current projects for the generation of sustainability indicators and actions.- Developing a sustainability strategy for the future based on the analysis. - Raising awareness for sustainability within the NGO by preparing workshops on basic concepts and problems. These workshops were held for the employees and volunteers of the NGO. - Leading collaborations and new projects to address existing sustainability issues within the NGO.

Consultancy Project as part of MSc Sustainable Business & Innovation. RE-NT is a Berlin-based start-up which developed a rental business model. At the time, their main focus were clothing rentals as a vision for sustainability.- As a team we studied RE-NT's business model and value chain from a sustainability perspective. - As spokesperson of the group I was in direct contact with the founder of the start-up. - At the end of the consultancy project, I had the chance to present practical recommendations to RE-NT. These mainly addressed how to deal with current problems regarding the rental business model.

Moreover, the owner offered me some direct insights into the business development of this early-stage start-up. As an entrepreneurial spirit, this was an invaluable experience.
