For me, the Hospitality and Tourism industry has provided me with boundless opportunities to explore what customer service truly means. My passion for Hospitality and Tourism began when I first experienced the inspiring power of exceptional guest experiences. This sparked my curiousity to d dive deeper into the industry, where each interaction became a learning opportunity in understanding diverse people, anticipating guest needs, and potentially, exceeding expectations.Now, I am currently a Year Two Scholar pursuing Hospitality and Tourism Management. I always aim for achievable excellence in my studies and personality in my journey here in Temasek Polytechnic. Knowing that handwork and dedication to doing what I love is important, I put in my best effort and focus in producing high quality work that others expect from me. I am very motivated and always look forward to new challenges that may arise which will help me develop and hone new skills and experiences as I transition into this industry. In addition, I am value leadership skills and have never shy away from stepping up. This has led to many enriching opportunities where currently I am the President of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Interest Group. Though I have just enrolled with this role recently, I hope to work closely with my lecturers, committee members and the Hospitality and Tourism Management course and provide fulfilling and insightful events for everyone!
