My work history; starting at age 9,I went to homes near the Golf course and offered to mow lawns for 50cents an hour. I was able to get lots of work and referrals;so I had a friend come with me;We were able to get more work than we wanted. I continued until I was 11 working full time on my paper route,which I understand was the largest @155-175 customers; Monterey Herald 1962While some customers still called for cleaning and yard work; I found new Job opportunities.After moving to Seaside;I secured a job picking strawberries! A very painful and low paying job!My next Job was babysitting; which I did until Nation's Grocery,my first Store. Mr.& Mrs Nation; A good family,who blessed me. When I was 7 years old I put a slug into one of Mr. & Mrs. N. vending machines; He put on a chair and told everyone that came in what I had done. I knew if my Father found out it would be all over for me. YOU DO NOT STEAL! in my Family and get away with it period! I offered to work for him and pay for the treat. He was a good man; He let me go back to school and I made a friend. years later He became my Grocery store Mentor.My next Job was June Simpsons a Five Star Restaurant,in Carmel Ca.My next Job would last until High School Graduation, Denny's Starting as Dishwasher; I wanted tips and as a Busboy during the Monterey Pop Festival I worked 16hrs a day without any breaks. ,1970 after Graduation and Marriage I became a Fry Cook; After my Job as a Garbageman;My next Job was as a Draftsman @ Garalnick & Lee EngineeringNext was a Job as a Belman;Then my First Clothing store The Jeanery; While working for the Jeanery as an assistant mgr. The Two Managers of the Safeway I shopped at offered me a Job as a clerk;I worked for Safeway in Carmel,Where I met and served Kim Novack,Jeremy Slade and others; Then Pacific Grove,and Seaside.1973 I went to Work For The Certified Life Insurance Co. This was Life Changing;It was unimaginable me to be apart of so many lives;age21 .

I have worked as a Real Estate Investor.for 15 months; Prior to the Real Estate Education programs and courses I studied with Scott McGillivray, Preston Ely,John Cochran,Sean Terry,Josh Cantwell and Marko Rubel; I successfully bought and sold properties in Winnipeg.
