Premise Technician, which main focus was to diagnose and repair the Uverse issue. Here I climbed poles and used testing equipment to check the signal from the IP based product. I also would have initial contact with the customer at their home, and do the complete install from start to finish. This position was the first use of my skills on Electronic Diagnostics.

In this position, my job was to bill 60 properties a month, for utility billing. To successfully do this process, I would have to receive city utility billing for the property, audit the billing looking for any spikes in usage or errors in the billing. Once audited input information into a billing system for the property to view through a proprietary software that we provided for the residents to receive an individual bill.

In this position I audited company vendor invoices, making sure that we weren't overspending for resources to deliver our clients long distance service. In this position, I worked side-by-side with the CPA's doing cash forecasting, reconciliations. Disputing overcharges, getting credit back for the company which would go directly to the company's bottom line. Also received a Commendation for receiving 1.4 million back in a dispute for the company in 2004
