Leading field operations for different cash program in partnership with other organizations: • Cash program to support those affected by COVID-19 in city of Kigali,• Cash program in refugee’s camp with UNHCR to enable the for self-reliance,• Gikuriro , and Huguka dukore with USAID, was benchmarking traditional model of giving Vs cash transfer,What I do : • Hiring new Field staff and training them • Managing a team of 36 Field officers• Conducting performance appraisal for my team • Conducting community meeting to ensure that they understand the program• Keenly track Field Officer productivity & quality of service, including compiling / reviewing operational reports each week; discuss team and individual performance Monthly with Field Officers and Field Director; own course correction if metrics are slipping• Training new field staff • Ensure all Field allowance requests and spent allowance requests are submitted correctly and promptly • Regularly monitor and ensure quality control while the field staffs conduct surveys. • Petty cash management. • Inventory management
